How long does the tour take?
You have the choice between 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes tours on water, following a 15-minute briefing.
Do I need a license to drive a boat?
You don't need a boat license.
How many passengers per boat?
Each boat can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, with a maximum total weight of 225kg.
What is the minimal age for the driver?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
Whats is the minimal ager for passengers?
Children above 6 years old can ride as passengers.
What should we wear?
Comfortable beachwear and sunglasses recommended.
What factors can impact the tour plan?
This activity depends on the weather, and the stops may change based on the actual weather conditions on the day of your tour.
What else is provided during the tour?
We provide sunscreen and water, but you're welcome to bring your own.
When do I have to arrive to the starting point?
Please arrive 15 minutes to the Dubai Harbour before the tour time. You will need the time to park your car (if available), and reach the berth AH-12.
Do you need my ID?
A valid ID is needed and will be kept with us during the tour.
Do you provide hotel transfers?
Unless diffrently agreed, we don't provide hotel transfers.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-in bookings if there's availability.
Who cannot ride?
Pregnant women are not allowed due to health concerns. Also visitors with heart or serious back conditions should abstain. If in doubt, talk to us and we will advise you.
What if I cannot swim?
Inflatable safety vests are provided to all guests during briefing.
I can swim very well, can I discard the safety vest?
Wearing the safety vests is mandatory.
Whats is your alcohol policy?
For the safety of all stakeholders, drivers and passengers must be sober to board the boats.
Can I drink alcoholic drinks during the tour?
This as a collective sport activity and we want to guarantee everyone's safety. No alcohol is allowed on-board.
